Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you (and your little ones) to love your mats! If something’s not quite right, we're here to help.

✅ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in re-sellable condition
  • Returned with the original travel case
  • Must include proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)

🕒 Return window: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, you’ll have another 14 days to return the item.

🔁 How to Return

Please email us at hello.doodle@doodleonthego.co.uk with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We’ll send you return instructions, including the return address.

📦 Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

🎁 Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

We’re really sorry! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@doodleonthego.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the issue
  • Your order number

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged mats (unless faulty upon delivery)

🧼 Hygiene Note

Because our mats are handled by young children, we’re strict on hygiene standards. Please only return unused mats in clean, original condition.
